I'm currently a Level 29 (almost 30) and I was thinking.. 1v1 is else TOO hard or TOO easy, with Noobs and Tactical Mercenaries.

SO WHY NOT HAVE A TOURNAMENT!?!

I was thinking we should have a 1v1 tournament against each other.
Now this WON'T be a normal tournament, there will be SPECIFIC RULES.

1. You must be level(s) 25-30 
(I don't mind higher or lower, but it would be very difficult)

2. ONE of your BASE stats must be ATLEAST 100 (ONE HUNDRED)
Meaning: Your Sup, Dex, Tech or Str must be ATLEAST 100 WITHOUT modifiers.

3.Have fun, No flaming, If you lose don't tell me you've won (No Lying)

4.I only have time for 8 players, INCLUDING me (There's a chance I'll have plans, If so just battle who shows up.

DETAILS: SECOND power hour Friday 5th August
(I live in the UK so the 2nd power hour is at 3pm-4pm)
